If you’ve ever done any remodeling or building you’ll know, the construction industry has a bit of a nasty reputation of being unreliable, uncommunicative, and unhelpful, to say the least. But have you ever wondered why the construction industry has to be so difficult to deal with? So did we.
Who are we? Six friends who have over 44 years of experience in the Home Improvement industry that had a vision for a better way. As friends we’ve become like family, fostering an environment where we build each other up and live life to the fullest. After 2 of our friends had devastating experiences working for a construction company that promised big, to both employees and clients, but didn’t deliver, we talked about what we would do differently.
We wanted to create an environment with high morale, where employees felt valued and respected and was a place they WANTED to work. To treat our clients like one of our own, not only fostering friendly relationships from the start with our authentic and kind salesmen (Truly!), but carry it through with service and honesty that made each client feel cared for and respected. We wanted to make the people who trust our home with us, feel safe in knowing that we will build it with the careful eye and respect we would give our own.
Then to top it all off, we wanted to show them we value their business and the money they could have spent elsewhere, by giving them experiences that you would never expect from a construction company- like the beautiful act of physically painting words of intentions each client hopes for their home, such as ‘peace’, ‘togetherness’, ‘love’, on the walls underneath the quality siding products they each have selected. Or letting families choose to make it a family building experience by writing the words themselves! Simply put, we wanted to take things to the next level of care. And that’s what we do.
