Founder & CEO
Michelle is the visionary and driving force behind Love Builds. With a background in construction (working with her father in his business) she found her passion working in the healing arts and envisioned marrying the two. With a fun and charismatic personality, she looks to better the world wherever she touches (and does).
Office Manager
Liz has a passion for people and creativity. Her background in home improvement and desire to uplift everyone lends to creating a positive environment for our crews and team. She puts together ideas to delight our clients and make our company stand out above the rest!
Production Manager
Shad is a mastermind for design and efficiency. He has a passion for details and knows how to make a home come to life. Shad always advocates for your wishes while keeping the project streamlined. His background in construction and the healing arts makes him the perfect fit for Love Builds Construction!
Project Manager
Dustin is an amazing morale builder with an easy-going, loving vibe. With a background in remodeling apartments, he creates with an eye for precision. His ability to construct is mirrored with his ability to cultivate relationships with ease and heart. (And he gives the best hugs, and gives them out freely- just because the world needs more of that!)
